Krishna Venugopal with ruby eyes

This was purchased in ebay auction. The man who sold it is Leslie Grey. He wrote the book A Concordance of Buddhist Birth Stories.

It was sold by his niece after his death. He lived and worked in India in the 1950s and 1960s and so this is likely from around that time or earlier.

It is 6 1/4″ tall.
