Imtiyaz calls it a Jain stupa

another term is samavasarana    It is described in the book Victorious Ones that if the tirthankars are all the same, then it should be called samavasarana instead of Nandisvara Island   because it is says that Nadisvara island the tirthankars are all different

samavasarana refers to assembly hall of the tirthankars
