This was purchased in summer of 2008 from British merchant for Ruchiradama Nadikanta who wanted a Mahakala statue

I was told that it was old, but that it had been refinished more recently

Cost was $1800 plus postage    Adi Da received it and liked it, but said it was new and was a cartoon of a genuine Mahakala.

He handled it many times. At the end it was moved from His bedroom to Glass Pear where would receive chi gong treatments where He continued to comment on it and handle. He asked the price and was told it was around $2000. He said it was worth $200 and to give me that much. And wanted to know my reaction. I told Him that it was fine and that I could be paid $200 and that I would accept Adi Da’s assessment. He smiled hearing this. I told him that the seller said that it could be returned. He gave it to Ruchiradama Nadikanta to give to me to return to the seller on the Tuesday before the Thursday Mahasamadhi.. I intended to return it, but with Bhagavan Adi Da’s Passing, I realized that another piece that He would have handled so much would not be available, and so I have kept it.

But I also told Adi Da that I could
